Each company of the Cle Elum fire department as provided in this chapter shall receive a charter from the council signed by the mayor and clerk and sealed with the seal of the city. The charter shall give the names of the company, date of organization and names of its members. All names appearing on the charter shall be known as charter members of the “____________ Company.”
