The fees charged for graves and services are established by the city council by resolution. To the grave or service sale price shall be added a percentage as approved by the city council, and such amount shall be deposited in the cemetery endowed care fund. The schedule of charges enumerated in appendix “A” shall be effective hereafter for all cemeteries of the city.
